Damages and issues

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return (that is only in case the product got damaged during the shipping process).

To start a return, you can contact us at harfwnagsh@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will pick up the item from you, get it fixed, and return it back to you.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
